Small Building Works
Sometimes, one of the best ways to maximise the potential space available for a new kitchen is to re-configure the room – and that could of course mean knocking down walls to create a larger kitchen living area, an extension or opening up inaccessible areas of the kitchen.
At Nicholas Hythe we work closely with a range of carefully chosen tradesmen who can deliver small building works as part of our project management programme. That means we can oversee the work and ensure that it fits into our schedules to cause the least possible disruption for clients.
Our specialist kitchen design team can often see possibilities in a kitchen but to achieve the objective requires the re-organisation of space, light, doors and larders. That may require more work to prepare the room in advance of any new kitchen installation.
Our St Ives showroom houses around 15 kitchen styles for you to stroll around at your leisure to get a feel for how they differ. We have been voted Best Showroom in Huntingdonshire by industry magazine KBB – an accolade of which we are very proud.
Kitchen appliances can now be controlled from your mobile phone and that could make life more streamlined and efficient and help reduce energy bills. Talk to us about how technology could make your world easier.
So many more kitchens now double up as the main living space in a home. That means working areas; benches; lighting; areas for eating, chatting and enjoying a coffee as well as cooking. This is modern living.
